I am going to a wedding on Saturday and it has been so stressful to organise. I hope that the bride and groom really enjoy themselves on the day to make up for all of the stress that they have had organising things. They got engages in February and decided to have the wedding that summer as they saw no point in waiting. The problem was that they had no time to save up and many of the places were booked up. They have found a nice hotel to hold the ceremony and reception which is good.
However, leaving things to the last minute meant that she had to buy junior bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses that she was not completely happy with because they were the only ones that she could find. She even had to buy a dress that she was not fully happy with. Their house had been on the market and it sold and they had to move house two weeks before the wedding and still had wedding planning and things to do. She only bought her shoes the week before and the speeches were written a few days before. It was all a bit hectic!
